Intake/Customer Service

Olmsted Center’s customer service and intake department is available five days a week to answer your questions regarding available services and resources both at Olmsted Center and in your community. Our courteous staff takes pride in their knowledge in the vision field as they have personally faced the challenges of vision loss, and therefore, are able to empathize with the personal struggles you, a loved one, friend or patient may be facing on a daily basis.
