Parent Handbook - includes all policy and procedure of the school. Please sign the last page and return to the school office.

MILEAGE REIMBURSEMENT: If you have been approved by your school district to receive Mileage Reimbursement by transportating your child to and/or from school instead of using the bus, please print out the forms below:

Erie County Transportation Registration Form - This form must be filled out and approved by the County before you can receive Transportation Reimbursement.

Erie County Inclement Weather Policy

Erie County Mileage Reimbursement Form - This form is used monthly if you have been approved for Transportation Reimbursement.

Written Medical Consent - This form must be filled out by your doctor if your child needs to receive medication at school.
