Teacher for the Visually Impaired Certification Opportunity

Special Education Teacher needed to be trained as a Teacher for the Visually Impaired for the Olmsted Center for Sight Early Education Program. This person will be a preschool teacher in an integrated classroom. In conjunction with this job, an opportunity to complete a Master’s Degree to become a Teacher of the Blind and Visually Impaired would be provided and funded.

All applicants must reside in Erie or Niagara County and must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education with an Early Childhood concentration and willing to make a three year commitment to work at the Olmsted Center for Sight Early Education Program after completing their Master’s Degree in Teacher of the Blind and Visually Impaired.
