Olmsted Center greatly appreciates the generosity of individuals like you. On behalf of the clients we serve, thank you! Your donation will have a positive impact in the visually impaired community.

Olmsted Center serves over 2500 clients each year with a wide variety of vision services. We have over 100 years of history in helping visually impaired individuals and those with other physical challenges live independently without barriers. Your generous donation can help Olmsted make a difference in someone’s life by providing essential vision services and support.

Did you know?

• $25 is the cost to provide transportation to one client to our Low Vision Clinic.
• $50 is the cost of a talking watch for a client of any age.
• $100 is the cost of one white cane or guide dog instruction session.
• $150 is the cost of classroom supplies for one child per year at our preschool for visually impaired students.
• $250 is the cost to provide a low vision eye exam to an Olmsted client of any age.
• $500 pays for a hospitality student to have access to a talking computer.

Planned giving, sometimes referred to as gift giving, is another method in which to support Olmsted Center. Planned giving helps you integrate your personal and family financial goals with your charitable giving.
