Bulger Vision Clinic Opens
Mar-01-2007 — In a bold and exciting move, Olmsted Center opened the Paul Bulger Vision Rehabilitation Clinic to address not only low vision issues, but additional physical problems that often accompany vision loss. Lockport Lions Club Donation Aids Bulger Vision Clinic

On June 19, 2007, Ron Truax, President of the Lockport Lion Club, presented Heather Telford, VP Rehabilitation and Healthcare Services, with a check for equipment for the Bulger Vision Rehabilitation Clinic. Their generous support will allow the clinic to invest in a wheel chair accessible optical stand. Bulger Vision Clinic is a new venture for Olmsted Center that focuses on a holistic approach to our visually impaired population by adding the discipline of medical rehabilitation to our vision services. Looking at all disabilities from a holistic view increases function thereby improving the quality of life of our patients.
